Unit 6 - Topic: Propaganda Art Posters

Inspired by a visit to the Tate Modern to see an exhibition of Rodchenko and Popova's constructivism art and graphic designs.

Also influenced by Shepard Fairey's Obama Hope campaign.

This is the design made for a multi-coloured Linocut. I made a total of fifteen prints. Five prints are in the sketchbook produced for the unit, of which includes four incomplete prints showing the progression of printing one colour at a time, and one complete print. Nine prints are displayed in a three-by-three format as my Final Piece. The last of the prints is in my portfolio.
